Skills for Test Manager:
- Experience and ability to manage the testing project effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent ability to interact with customer at various levels – customer project manager, solution architect, Business analysts, user groups etc.
- Any experience of interacting with senior management in customer organization will be added advantage.
- Candidate should have experience in Cards domain. Experience in Cardlink is must. If not Cardlink, experience in VisionPlus would be added advantage.
- Ability to develop test strategy and test plan and manage the entire test life cycle.
- Ability to lead a team of testers in different geographies.
- Experience of effective interaction with client will be added advantage
- Experience in acquiring and/issuing modules would be required
- Experience in running batch execution through Control M.
- Overall testing experience should be 10 years plus
- Experience of understanding the functional specifications and design the test cases.
- Experience of test execution and using defect management tool (preferably JIRA) and identification of test results
- Able to work with different stakeholders in the team and communicate with client as necessary.
