The Role Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for accelerating growth of the TBFX P&L global revenue
  • Develop and execute strategy for growth of the TBFX business globally
  • Lead for commercialising TBFX solutions together with sales and relationship managers
  • Ensure appropriate positioning of TBFX products internally and externally
  • Prospecting of clients who currently do not use TBFX solutions with the Bank
  • Hunting for new business development opportunities on the TBFX product set
  • Plan and drive new product launches, strategies, and sales to ensure that TBFX products exceed planned revenue & volume targets and to grow market share.
  • Identify opportunities, threats, and responses to maximize profitability, market share and growth of TBFX products.
  • Translate market opportunities into new enhanced profitable products and services. This includes the production of clear business cases defining product and service features and functionality, target market, profitability projections and any changes required to internal processes and service delivery.
  • To provide training and ongoing support to Sales and Relationship Managers. To provide technical assistance to facilitate the close of large/complex deals related to TBFX solutions
  • Develop compelling segment and regional value propositions to accelerate progress of TBFX products
  • Work with various stakeholders (other TB product managers, Financial market product managers, coverage and sales partners) to co-create and develop unique TBFX related solutions

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Self starter, Self motivated, driven, ability to get hands on, analytical, ability to engage, and influence
  • Strong knowledge of transactional FX, Transaction banking products and channels
  • Good understanding of client requirements particularly on the corporate space
  • Solid product management oriented background and proven client facing skills
  • Ability to work, interact with cross functional teams across regions and across various part of the bank
  • Ability to step up to challenges and the opportunities that the bank overall provides
