VP/FVP, Application Delivery Manager (CRM)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical development/programmers for CRM system
  • Daily application management and end user support
  • Ability to articulate business requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Analyse and define/recommend process workflow improvements
  • Add value to the business by identifying process constraints and improvements.
  • Develop functional specifications and technical specifications in supporting business requirements
  • Prepare test plans, test cases and test data for system integration testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support on-going initiatives related to banking solution
  • Project management of ad-hoc projects
  • Co-ordination and rollout of platform releases with business users
  • Development and enhancement of the current platform
  • Conduct Technical Assessments based on biz/technical requirements of a project/CR, by duly estimating tasks/activities involved, for delivering end-to-end solution
  • Discuss and review architecture/technical design to ensure that the proposed technology is aligned with bank IT strategy
  • Perform system health check and periodic maintenance activities for test environments
  • Maintaining standards and ensuring that they adhered to, as well as proactively trying to add to these standards whenever possible
  • Liaise with system vendors for issues and ensure quick turnaround resolution


Pre-requisites
  • At least 10-12 years or more work experience in CRM.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC development cycle
  • Domain knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics and System Integration. Banking knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication; customer relationship, organizational and follow through skills; functional documentation, and positive attitude
