You will be the key person in the IT Business Management team to take care of financial reporting, budget, and vendor management role for the region
Working for large global bank with regional IT team in Singapore, you will be playing IT Business Manager role with the following responsiblilities
- Assisting the head of technology to manage all financial and business management matters
- Preparing financial reports and monitoring IT total spent vs budgets
- Managing payment and processing of invoices for IT services and projects
- Providing regular updates to various stakeholders
- Consolidating financial reports by working with various teams
- Carrying out budgeting exercise periodically
- Cost allocation
- Managing relationship with vendors and managing service agreement / contract
- Working with IT vendors and legal teams
Requirements :
- Min 12 years of experience with min 4 years in business management function
- Experience supporting large technology organization
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of various accoutning standard
- Experience in managing legal contract and liasing with procurement
- Prior experience in IT PMO is a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skill
