About the Department The
Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities - Provide business and strategy support to Group Corporate Banking across various worldwide locations
- Provide direct support to Group Corporate Banking Heads across a wide array of critical functions including direct support and contribution to strategic business initiatives, support of business control and risk assurance functions, management of key business disciplines and the support and execution of various projects
- Performance Tracking of key tactical or strategic initiatives as well as coverage on regulatory reporting
- Work closely with bank key partners to drive projects e.g. operational efficiencies, productivity drives
Job Requirements - Minimum of Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, actuarial or data analytics will be an advantage
- Banking experience, preferably with corporate banking business experience will be an advantage
- Prior experience more than 10 years in a front-office or a consultancy environment is a plus
- Strong organizational, presentation and analytical skills
- Experience of working across geographies and cross-functional teams will be an advantage
- Ability to engage senior management effectively as well as manage across multiple initiatives and interface with various stakeholders
