What you'll do

Vendor Manager, Electronic Banking Operations
  • Management of bank's outsourced service provider (OSP)
  • Manage relationship with OSP and deliverables; ensure that SLA is met at all times
  • Ensure vendor's compliance with bank's outsourcing, business continuity, information security and regulatory guidelines
  • Review operational procedures and guidelines; implement process improvements
  • Perform root cause analysis and investigation for any incidents/outages
  • Negotiate contract renewals and evaluate proposals submitted by vendors during RFP exercises
