IT Helpdesk support
For one of our clients, a bank in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long-term mission an IT Helpdesk Support who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities As a IT Helpdesk Support you are the single point of contact for IT issues for all employees by email and by phone. You analyze situations reported by customers to determinate IT impact level in order to define priority. You document tickets to ensure they contain pertinent information. You resolve customer problem and document solutions in the ticket system. You also ensure the follow up.
Profile - Bachelor in IT
- 3 - 7 years ' experience in a similar post
- Very good knowledge in ticketing tools
- Very good knowledge in Office and Microsoft
- French and English
