Edelway is a Services Consultancy based in Switzerland. For our client, a well renowned Swiss/International Bank located in the Zurich region, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst - Regulatory Affairs / Reporting / PM (BCBS 266 / D374 / Basel III) Very interesting international regulatory reporting project with teams collaborating from different locations around the globe.
In this role you will support the Finance Change Division delivering strategic / reporting solutions meeting the regulatory requirements (BCBS- 266, D374 / Basel III - RWA Calculation). Being the link between Business and IT is key in this position, and your stakeholder management on both sides (Business & IT) will be put to the test.
*Analysis and gathering of requirements from a reporting and sourcing perspective
*Liaise with the upstream data provider to ensure additional requirements are reflected accordingly
*Drive change with SMEs and IT contacts and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met on time in budget and quality.
*Drive overall work stream delivery to ensure that all requirements are addressed
*Working jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions.
*5 + years of experience in Business requirements analysis within the regulatory reporting subject (Basel III, Capital Reporting)
*Regulatory reporting environment (SNB, FINMA, PRA, BoE,..)
*Technical knowledge including Data Warehousing (SQL) and experience of regulatory reporting tools.
*Comprehensive understanding of business processes and corresponding IT solutions for full month end processing
*Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand regulatory requirements and business strategy
*Track record of working as a Project Manager in the banking arena of regulatory reporting
*English fluent ( German is a plus)
