On behalf of one of our best global banking client based in Zurich we are actively looking for a Windows Server System Administrator (English and German speaker) to join them on a long term basis.

Duration: until end 2018 (+ extensions)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Permanent or Freelance could be discussed.

The role:

System Administrator 2nd Level Operating Windows and VMWare Server platform and supporting technologies including:

* Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
* Powershell 4 - scripting
* Automated software distribution
* Configuration Management (ITIL)
* Basic knowledge in the field of server virtualisation (VMwa-re / ESX / Virtual Center)
* Internet Information Server
* Active Directory
* Installation of Windows servers
* Lifecycle management of Windows servers based on defined processes andiv
* 2nd level support Windows infrastructure (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, Citrix)
* Configuration management Windows based on defined processes
* Change management Windows based on defined processes
* Review delivered packages and documentation
* Installation on test system
* Implement changes
* Install changes on production environment
* SPOC for various application responsible

Your profile:
* Solid Microsoft Foundation with specialist know-how and years of experience in Windows technology
* Experienced Windows server administrator (min. 3-5 years' experience)
* Change process know-how and experience
* Scripting know-how and experience preferred (e.g. PowerShell); program language skills in .NET area can help in change management process
* SQL server operations know-how preferred
* ITIL know-how mandatory
* English and German a strong plus
