Purpose of Role:



  • Action cash administration forecasting activities and cash sweeping activities in line with client directions and deadlines in accordance with the agreed process.


  • Proactively deal with queries from our client base and internal groups regarding activities undertaken and provide initial assistance / advice for any complex queries received or generated by other team members.


  • Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision and assist with on the job training to new starts within the team; coach and mentor Associate 1 team members.


  • Work on agreed training requirements and performance goals to ensure ongoing development.


  • Maintain a courteous, positive and professional manner with both internal and external customers at all times.


  • Perform self check of work prior to pass over to reviewer and check work that has been submitted by a preparer prior to processing.


  • Undertake appropriate housekeeping duties including filing and operation of clean desk policy and adhere to all departmental and companywide procedural guidelines e.g. timekeeping, dress, overtime, holiday cover.


  • Be actively involved in and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required.
