We understand that data is a significant business differentiator in Financial Services, and we are looking for an experienced Data Management professional to join the Chief Data Office and provide proactive, flexible and constructive support in the development, implementation, interpretation and monitoring of data governance across the Group.

The Data Governance team is one of the key disciplines within the Chief Data Office, and is responsible for driving and embedding the right environment from a control but also cultural perspective. As a Manager in this team, you'll be responsible for evaluating, reviewing, investigating, challenging and setting policies and processes, to evolve and improve our Data Management Policy.

You'll support data owners through the development of Data Domain standards, and their ongoing governance; as well as providing Data Governance consultancy across the Group to support the embedding of Data Management.

As an experienced Data professional with a background in Data Governance, you'll also need to have an understanding across all Data Management disciplines, including Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Metadata. You'll have a track record of building strong collaborative relationships at all levels, simplifying complexity, and managing risk. And you must also have proven ability of managing stakeholders, including having the ability and gravitas to interact and influence senior management across the Group.
