This is an exciting opportunity to join SThree as a Business Intelligence Developer in a newly designed centre of excellence working for a fast paced international specialist Recruitment Company. We're looking for someone to join our New MI & BI Team. You will deliver ongoing support to the existing user-base through the implementation and maintenance of reports, schedules and publications in a controlled manner in line with established security and procedural controls.

You will deliver ongoing support to the existing user-base through the implementation and maintenance of reports, schedules and publications in a controlled manner in line with established security and procedural controls.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

  • Assist with the implementation of a reporting strategy, ensuring that the maintenance of reports is done in compliance with pre-defined standards.
  • Audit the report environment, addressing issues or exceptions and following up to ensure corrections are made.
  • Work closely with the Lead BI Developer, Data Analyst, Data Security and Data Protection to ensure compliance and champion enterprise data policies for assigned data domains.
  • Ensuring documentation of internal processes, procedures and tools are maintained accurately.
  • Will execute, on request, the creation or maintenance of reports where required.
  • Update procedures and train and support processors throughout the business globally.


Essential Experience Needed:

  • Demonstrated experience developing reports in Business Objects.
  • Knowledge and experience of other SAP and Salesforce products.
  • PL/SQL and working with data in an Oracle environment, including stored procedures, packages and functions.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing Business Objects reports from scratch.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.


(Nice To Have) Experience:

  • Exposure or experience with T-SQL, MySQL or similar.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, etc.
  • Experience and understanding of the methodologies employed with working on an enterprise data warehouse.
  • Experience working with Finance in a corporate environment.
