Support the implementation and execution of a global marketing strategy for AXA IM – Real Assets

Key Accountabilities:

- Contribute to AXA IM’s global marketing strategy by developing and implementing the following areas:
A) Corporate Marketing and corporate marketing literature

Production of corporate marketing such as flyers, brochures and corporate presentation that illustrate the firm’s capabilities

Liaise with Communications team on corporate identity projects

Execution of relevant campaigns and events

Close liaison with AXA entities to ensure alignment on Group strategy.

B) Product Marketing

 Develop innovative, effective, compelling and professional marketing items (Factsheet, flyer, pitch books, invites), working closely with the CCG team

Develop the full marketing suite of products (for example pitchbooks, flyers, newsletters, quarterly or monthly reports) for any new products and implement the development of products/funds in marketing

Provide marketing expertise for any flagship projects, working closely with the asset management, development and specialist teams

Lead on product-marketing communication

- Provide day-to-day marketing support to the head of marketing and the global head of marketing and communications:

Advise, plan and execute marketing initiatives to support team leaders with clear and engaging messages

Write email communication (newsletters) and presentations

As part of this role, the candidate will have to collaborate with colleagues in London, Paris and the rest of Europe: Legal and Compliance, Design, Communication, Research and Strategy, CCG

- Contribute to AXA IM global marketing activities and events including:

Adapt and update existing marketing literature for use, working closely with the compliance team to ensure full respect of regulations

Develop marketing copy for new funds – in English. This will cover more technical content as well as promotional communications on funds.

Prepare product newsletters to assist with the promotion of the range of funds identified as priorities

Respond to internal marketing requests

Role requirements:

- Degree educated

- Previous relevant experience in a marketing department (financial services experience is preferred) for about 5 to 7 years
- Marketing skills: develop and implement marketing strategy
- Experience in marketing campaign management and activation
- Event planning and execution
- Digital and web experience (CRM, e-marketing campaigns, digital activation, webcast)
- Budget planning and management
- Ability to develop content
- Strong oral and writing, proofreading and editing skills in English
- Demonstrated project and process management skills
- Understanding of financial services (asset management and capital markets)
- Additional language proficiency is a buonus
