The Asset Servicing Analyst is in charge of the stock and cash reconciliation in order to ensure the integrity of the positions on the Front Office Tools, and also to manage the corporate action workflow. Daily, the team has many interactions with the fund managers, with State Street, with Technology and also with the others Operations business teams

~~• Operational Tasks
o Control and monitor daily the corporate actions workflow
o Support the team on the new reconciliation processes implemented (transactions, stock and cash positions, position status, OTC)
o Ensure the accuracy of front office positions (corporate actions, cash positions, middle office valuations, transaction processing and stock and cash reconciliations).
o Control Asset Servicing activities (New Monies; Auto Forex; Overdraft; Maturity,…)
o Participation to any analysis or support on new projects or requests
• Reporting and monitoring
o Regular review with our middle office (ad hoc, weekly or monthly basis) on all cash and stock breaks
o Ensure that all the operational incidents are reported, followed and resolved in line with the Incident Escalation Standard Policy
o Elaborate and maintain the documentation on operational processes
o Setup and implement new indicators/controls if needed on all areas followed by Asset Servicing
o Maintain the relationship with our partner AXA Business Services
o Understand our client’s needs (internal and externals) and seek to develop better quality of service


• Master/Bac +5 Finance or equivalent
• Strong experience in an asset manager is an advantage
• Profound Experience of corporate action process

Knowledge and Skills
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Experience with Front office tools
• Excellent knowledge on Front to Back processes, on practice and market rules of all financial instruments
• Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English/French
