Business Analyst - Global Markets EMEA CAO, Officer

The Global Markets Chief Administration Office function is tasked with the following responsibilities:
  • To provide support to the Head of SSGM EMEA from an administrative, strategic, governance and ad hoc projects perspective.
  • To act as a liaison between the Head of SSGM EMEA and his/her direct reports/support functions.
  • To ensure centralized administrative, strategic and governance requirements across SSGM EMEA are managed effectively
  • To provide management information, analytics and reporting requirements
  • To identify issues across SSGM EMEA and trouble shoot where necessary


The selected candidate will:

  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making

    Client Data Analysis Management
  • Analysis of client data across all SSGM EMEA business lines
  • Develop close working relationship with SSGM EMEA Sectors representative and relevant business line representatives
  • Key contact point for client performance and client sales metrics for SSGM EMEA
  • Management of delivery of data and materials for SSGM EMEA New Business Forum
  • Data mining of client metrics, development of procedures and process around monthly delivery of metrics

    Reporting and Management Information
  • Analysis of SSGM EMEA performance data and MI
  • Provision of metrics on weekly sales for SSGM EMEA EVP reports
  • Review of financial performance of business lines and reporting to management
  • Analysis of all open NBPRAs and projects across SSGM EMEA for management reporting
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of business performance against business goals for management reporting
  • Preparation of MI for Townhalls, liaising with SSGM EMEA EVP, Finance and BU heads to document and create slides for event
  • Support annual budgeting and strategy process for SSGM EMEA
  • Development of SSGM EMEA quarterly business reviews templates and appropriate MI

    Administration
  • Salesforce360 Champion
  • Ad hoc strategy materials and research for SSGM EMEA EVP
  • Assist with Townhall and Offsite preparations
  • Facilitate SSGM EMEA Goal Setting process and documentation
  • SSGM EMEA collaborate site manager

Qualifications/skills required:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Excellent written analytical capabilities

  • Experience of data manipulation
  • Experience within a Markets environment
