The purpose of this role is to identify and attract new profitable UK Pension Fund business to a leading specialist European Custodian and Fund Administrator, ensuring all new UK business targets are met and exceeded and enhancing positive market awareness of the Bank's UK offering.

Key Responsibiities:

  • Proactively grow UK Pension Fund business for the bank
  • Develop strong relationships with key senior decision makers (executives) at prospects and influencers (e.g. consultants)
  • Develop sales strategy for client segment in collaboration with team
  • Identify personal wallet and develop strategy to exploit wallet
  • Conduct market analysis to recognise trends and issues and respond with product development
  • Senior representative of the organisation at conferences and events, exploiting networking opportunities
  • Organise and chair meetings with key influencers and prospects identified
  • Create and deliver presentations for potential new clients  
  • Responding in a timely manner to RFI/RFP from potential clients and their advisers
  • Construct pricing propositions (indicative price proposals) for approval and subsequent issue
  • Responsible for negotiation of contracts
  • Manage onboarding of new clients in partnership with Transition Team and Relationship Manager
  • Manage contacts, pipeline, meeting notes & actions via CRM system
