CDO Analyst (Reporting)

Overview:

Excellent opportunity for a CDO Analyst/Specialist with solid experience of reviewing and interpreting CDO/CLO deal documentation and a full understanding of investor reporting, to join a leading International Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join the Corporate Trust area of the Bank and will be responsible for the below:

Key Responsibilities:
•Verifying components of deal administration of a CDO (cash reconciliation, settlement of trades (loan/bonds) and cash ledger maintenance).
•Liaising with operations, sales and technology and relationship management teams, to ensure all aspects of the deal maintenance are covered.
•Compiling monthly and quarterly investor reports.
•Reading and interpreting CDO indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
•Creating technical report specifications from indenture language.
•Performing portfolio compliance tests on selected structured fixed income deals (trade testing).
•Liaising with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.
•Assisting with modelling of calculations onto in-house systems.

Candidates will ideally have the ability to understand and interpret deal documents and strong communication and analytical skills. Previous experience of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitisation, trading or mutual funds beneficial.
