The Successful candidate will be responsible for the global administrative and business support responsibilities for the Client Relationship Management CRM system and other global Sales/Servicing and Marketing infrastructure.

Cititec are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager for one of its clients in Central London.

The Role:

The Successful candidate will be responsible for the global administrative and business support responsibilities for the Client Relationship Management CRM system and other global Sales/Servicing and Marketing infrastructure.

You will be working with a wide variety of internal global stakeholders including Client Propositions teams, Business Management, IT and other external third -party vendors. The role holder will work collaboratively with a colleague based globally to ensure there is ongoing global business coverage

Key Accountabilities

  • Acting as the CRM product owner with responsibility for:
  • Capturing, scope, validate and obtain signoff of new business requirements for the systems to support
  • Prioritising the list of requirements/backlog in line with business needs and communicate with the businesses
  • Working with the offshore development team to refine the solution seeking user approval where necessary and oversee the development and system testing of the changes
  • Undertaking user acceptance testing and where appropriate engage with business users for signoff
  • Planning and undertake user training and post-go-live support
  • Communicating with the business users on upcoming releases
  • Working with the analytics team to support MI, Reporting and other data extract requests.
  • Managing Data Quality/ Data Management by:
  • identifying areas for improvements and managing through to resolution
  • defining and routinely running data quality checks/ processes
  • overseeing user management and ensuring that processes are up to date and adhered to
  • Assisting with the delivery of data analysis/reporting to help promote better sales management practices and to equip sales team with the knowledge that encourages growth or supports ongoing business.

The successful candidate will work closely with a number of indirect reports on a global basis so will, therefore, need to be able to work effectively remotely and across time-zones and you will have functional responsibility or the CRM business support, analysts

To be successful in this role you must possess excellent Stakeholder management at all levels and the ability and commitment to deliver to tight deadlines

You will be working with the regional client facing teams and colleagues within support functions to establish consistent standards and deliverables for clients that meet their needs, balanced with the constraints imposed through I budgeting, functionality and planning and delivering cross-border projects and initiatives within budget on time to specification
