Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking for an experience Client Services professional with either French or German language skills to join their EMEA client servicing team. These roles can be based in either Edinburgh or London and have arisen at a hugely interesting time in the evolution of my client’s business.

Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking for an experience Client Services professional with either French or German language skills to join their EMEA client servicing team.  These roles can be based in either Edinburgh or London and have arisen at a hugely interesting time in the evolution of my client’s business.

 

As a Client Services Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day relationship with assigned clients (roles are available for European Wholesale and European Institutional) across all asset classes within EMEA (not including UK)

 

Day to day responsibilities will include:

 

  • Management of client queries in a timely and professional manner, including both telephone, written correspondence and face to face meeting
  • Resolution of any operational issues for assigned clients, reporting issues and liaising with custodian and internal stakeholders as required
  • Be a dedicated point of contact for clients at crucial periods including take-ons, terminations, benchmark changes and IMA amendments
  • Oversee the issuance of client reports in a timely manner
  • Logging breaches, errors and complaints proactively feeding back and acting on any recurring issues
  • Work with internal stakeholders and sales team to build knowledge of clients to identify cross-sell opportunities

 

For this fantastic opportunity my client is seeking an experience Client Service professional who has worked within a Fund Management environment and who brings fluency in English and either French or German.  Strong market and product knowledge across the asset classes is required and if any applicants bring knowledge of German KVG Structures this would be highly beneficial.  Team work makes the dream work in this team – only team players need apply!
