Within our Equities department we are looking to hire a
 
Corporate Data Administrator, London
(Initially 3 - 6 months FTC with potential to become permanent)
 
Your responsibilities:
 
Responsible for data input, ownership and maintenance of all corporate data on our internal database (adding and updating contact details, job titles and their research distribution preferences)
Responsible for the Investor Access email inbox – respond to internal and external requests and queries in a timely and efficient manner
Running and maintaining reports on corporate data, corporate access activity and conference attendance
Helping to maintain the corporate files on the Global Corporate Access shared drive
Assisting with ad-hoc requests within the Corporate Access team (e.g. editing investor feedback report, updating pitch packs, printing and binding etc)

Proficient user of Excel, Outlook and other standard Office programmes (Word/ PowerPoint)
Able to work diligently both independently and as part of a team
Relates well to people at all levels; able to respond to requests from external clients and internal staff members with high levels of professionalism
Effective planning and project management skills to take account of multiple priorities
Flexibility in outlook; willing to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm
A hard worker who understands the importance accurate data has on the smooth running of a successful growing firm
Educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in English language and numeracy skills – degree preferred
