Berkeley Croft have partnered with AKO Capital, one of Europe’s leading investment partnerships, to source high potential individuals who will be mentored and developed by partners of the business.
This will be the first time AKO has offered a junior analyst training program, making this a unique and truly exciting opportunity.
The successful applicants will join the investment team, whilst also gaining exposure to specialist teams that focus on behavioural analysis, data science, forensic accounting, ESG, and market research.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years Equity Research experience from another investment management firm (long-only or long/short) or a high-quality sell side organisation. We are also open to hearing from applicants currently working in equity sales, investment banking (M&A), management consulting, or professional services (audit or transactions). We are open to a wide range of sector experience, but broad stock market awareness is beneficial.
