Westbourne’s Technology recruitment business works on both a contract and permanent basis, with a strong bias towards the UK and European Hedge Fund Sector, focused on the “senior” end of the market and benefiting from leveraging our other specialist markets.
All of our directors are still entirely hands-on and have a passion for recruitment. We are committed to creating – and constantly refining - a high performance environment that allows individuals to leverage our existing client base (across all sectors) and management experience in order to achieve significant billing and personal goals. We believe in putting aside short term perspective in favour of a longer term view, which we believe will help maintain a sustainable and highly successful organisation, based on every individual’s continued achievement.
We have an incredible opportunity for several high calibre graduates to join our London office on a rotation scheme across our 5 divisions and work on live mandates in London and abroad.
