Excellent opportunity for an individual with strong knowledge & experience of Corporate Services/Corporate Trust and Structured Finance, to join an established financial organisation. Based in offices in London the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Client Services teams, devising client strategy, developing client relationships and delivering service excellence across all business units. This role will also entail acting as a Director of client SPVs, risk identification and mitigation, cost control and staff engagement.

Head of Client Services, Corporate Trust / Corporate Services

Excellent opportunity for an individual with strong knowledge & experience of Corporate Services/Corporate Trust and Structured Finance, to join an established financial organisation. Based in offices in London the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Client Services teams, devising client strategy, developing client relationships and delivering service excellence across all business units.  This role will also entail acting as a Director of client SPVs, risk identification and mitigation, cost control and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
•Overseeing and leading the Client Services teams.
•Identifying and developing commercial opportunities with existing clients, maximising account and revenue growth.
•Building a pipeline of future work and ensuring that the company’s client revenue targets are achieved.
•Providing input into the strategic direction of client accounts, based on a strong understanding of clients’ business objectives.
•Obtaining client feedback and driving increases in client satisfaction and engagement.
•Managing tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.
•Driving client service excellence.
•Managing direct reports effectively, ensuring that job descriptions are kept up to date and that objectives are reviewed regularly, to enable them to deliver in their roles.
•Active input into the development of corporate strategy, based on an understanding of relevant markets.
•Promoting the company’s purpose and vision.
•Working closely with the Business and Product Development team to ensure that new opportunities are supported effectively.

 Director Responsibilities
•Acting in accordance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
•Complying with the Companies Act 2006 requirements for Directors of UK Companies.

 Skills/Experience required:
•Educated to degree level or equivalent.
•Significant experience in a senior management or executive level position.
•Exemplary client service skills and the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
•Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
•Strong interpersonal skills and experience of interacting with senior stakeholders.
•Ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
•Proven leadership experience managing teams and coaching and mentoring individuals.
•Excellent understanding and experience of the fiduciary services industry.
