Effective management and prioritisation of Digital Solutions resources to ensure a successful delivery in a timely manner all new Visa technology solutions and programs.

HEAD OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS - £90K - £105K + 20% bonus + £6K car allowance

A global financial Payment company are currently looking for an Head of Digital solutions to help deliver digital product solutuions. Effective management and prioritisation of Digital Solutions resources to ensure a successful delivery in a timely manner all new Visa technology solutions and programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver the digital roadmap for the UK&I region
  • Develop relevant e-comm propositions to meet client needs and the specific regulatory environment (including delivery of Secure Remote Commerce, Card on File and authentication solutions) and delivery.
  • Lead the deployment of Token across all stakeholder groups (issuers, acquirers, payment gateways, merchants, processors) and use cases (including e-comm and proximity payments)
  • * Lead the design, delivery, launch, deployment and ongoing support for risk platforms and products (e.g. VRM/VAA)
  • Lead the collaboration, co-creation and co-development with key clients and local Fintech players in close coordination with internal innovation and partnership teams.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advance degree desirable
  • At least 10 years of experience working in technical product management or consulting, with experience and knowledge of payments industry
  • Strategic thinking skills - ability to anticipate upcoming trends and changes in the broader environment and apply them.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and collaborative sales techniques
  • Strong commercial acumen understands the economics of client's business and how digital products can impact a client's P&L
  • Team player - comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong problem solving skills - able to analytically break down problems into a solution
  • High energy, motivated team player, able to effectively lead across functions and teams to drive projects and key initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent understanding of e/m-commerce market dynamics and players in Europe
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
