Department Profile:
The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 2,500 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm's books and records, and by contributing to firmwide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and its senior management team.

Team Profile:
The EMEA Management Reporting team provides financial reporting and analysis to the senior management of the EMEA region, including the EMEA CFO, EMEA COO, and heads of the major businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:
This person will assist the Institutional Securities Finance division with planning and execution of the Firm's Brexit strategy. This includes:
-Providing senior management with financial information and analysis regarding Brexit planning
-Forward looking analysis and forecasting under various alternative strategic scenarios
-Participation in various working groups addressing Brexit issues
-Creating presentation materials to update senior management on analysis, issues, decision points
-Role will include analysis around profitability, transfer pricing, liquidity, funding, capital, balance sheet, and cost structure*LH-EC1

Qualifications:


Skills Required:
-Excellent working knowledge of Excel; ability to analyse and model data
-Outstanding attention to detail; Strong and confident communication skills; Strong organisational skills; ability to work to tight deadlines
-Knowledge of legal entity reporting; understanding of financial markets, balance sheet, capital, liquidity; familiarity with regulatory frameworks
-Ability and willingness to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
-Ability to communicate across all levels, including senior management
