My client presents an opportunity to join a global infrastructure and renewable energy fund as an Analyst.

They manage multiple funds, covering a broad range of investments across the infrastructure, energy and real estate space. Since inception over two decades ago, they have launched almost 20 funds – to date over half a dozen of which have been completely or materially realised.

THE ROLE

The opportunity has arisen to join as an Investment Analyst with a clear trajectory to partnership. The candidate will work across multiple funds, each of which focus individually on an on different investment areas, covering the breadth of the infrastructure space. These include greenfield and brownfield projects as well as exciting renewable energy opportunities.  

The candidate will be involved in all aspects of deal-making process, as well as performing valuations of existing assets. They will be performing market analysis, originating new opportunities, testing their financial viability and executing the deal.

Being permanently based in London, the candidate will also be required to travel to other offices in order to assist in supporting transactions across many geographies.

THE CANDIDATE

The candidate is expected to bring six months to three years’ relevant sector experience, in one of the following sectors:

  • Infrastructure
  • Renewable Energy
  • Utilities
  • Real Estate
  • Power
  • Natural Resources
  • Oil and Gas
  • Transport

They will be expected to bring strong financial modelling skills coming from an M&A or project finance background. Academic prowess and developed problem-solving skills are requisite.
