My client is a well-known Asset Manager currently seeking a Sales Support or Client Services professional with Italian language skills to support the Italian Institutional Sales team. The role could either be based in London or Milan.

The Role

  • Provide support to European sales channels to drive sales
  • Send various reports/marketing materials out on client/sales people's request
  • Gain a greater understanding of the firm's products as well as complete Asset Management related issues
  • Liaise with Sales people and Fund Managers, to organize roadshows and fund update meetings
  • Event follow-up with clients
  • Generate peer analysis reports, analyse market data
  • Generate regular client communications
  • Develop a good relationship with the Sales force from the relevant European offices
  • Project manage the Client onboarding process (both legal and operational)
  • Collaborate with all internal support functions and coordinate efforts
  • Where applicable, provide cover and work closely with the local sales support.
  • Provide support to local European offices as requested as well as language support

The Candidate

  • Around 2-4 years' experience within Asset Management
  • Good understanding of inner mechanics of Asset Management
  • Must be business-level fluent in Italian
  • Degree educated and looking to complete IMC (if not already undertaken)
  • Articulate and confident
  • Open to potentially relocating to Milan
