The Insight and Product Marketing team is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated insight led campaign plans for products, capabilities and themes which seek to reinforce the firm’s brand visibility and enhance our ability to win and retain assets across the region. The team works closely with Investments, Product and Investment Writing teams to position T. Rowe Price strategies versus competitors and generate compelling investment insights which can be leveraged across institutional, intermediary and advisor channels within EMEA.

The associate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the firm’s latest content (marketing collateral and thought leadership) is promoted and maintained on a timely basis across relevant internal and external distribution platforms

The associate will work in partnership with the other members of the Insight and Product Marketing team as well as EMEA Country Marketing Managers, Investment Writing, Digital, Brand & Creative, Desktop Publishing, Compliance, and Investments.


Develops and manages efficient processes to ensure timely distribution of the firm’s thought leadership content across EMEA websites

  • Ensures intermediary and institutional websites are refreshed and updated with latest content (primarily investment thought pieces) on an ongoing basis
  • Provides guidance on content positioning and placement, including curation of thought leadership section, aligned with our content strategy and promotional requirements
  • Manages day-to-day relationship with Digital to assess and prioritise current projects
  • Works with Investment Writing and Brand & Creative teams to deliver required assets for digital output and translation

Provides support to commission and manage new content requests process

  • Ensures new content requirements for collateral, thought leadership, videos, email and digital campaigns, are captured and updated in the EMEA tactical plans
  • Develops and maintains the team’s content schedule
  • Collates requirements for new content, including production, language, format and timing needs for each segment
  • Where relevant ensures that content is compliance approved for all appropriate jurisdictions
  • Ensures finalised content is shared internally and made available on internal content database systems

Supports delivery of content for external content promotions and third party relationships

  • Manages day-to-day relationship with external platforms and content partnerships
  • Maintains and updates existing content (both thought leadership and collateral) and corporate information on external/sponsored websites
  • Works with Investment Writing team to ensure output meets required specs, formats and deadlines for sponsored content opportunities (print and digital)
  • Maintains the team’s schedule of third party advertorial commitments
  • Gathers and maintains metrics reports from external partners for team to gauge effectiveness of campaigns and inform future actions

E-campaign management

The key to promoting our thought leadership content is to drive readers to our websites. The most important channel for doing this is the e-newsletters and email campaigns we send to clients and prospects. Functions include:

  • Working with Digital and Desktop Publishing teams to manage production of the GIS EMEA monthly e-newsletter
  • Collating regional newsletter requirements (thought leadership) and briefing into Desktop Publishing
  • Providing guidance on template design and copy
  • Proofing email templates and coordinating compliance approval where relevant
  • Liaising with Digital team to ensure the relevant content is available on the website
  • Oversight to ensure all mailings go to schedule
  • Compiles and maintains metrics reports for team to gauge effectiveness of campaigns and inform future actions

Maintain and update repeatable firm / product collateral and servicing content

  • Liaises with relevant stakeholders to update repeatable materials, including company and product collateral (e.g. flyers, brochures, presentations) and bespoke fund reporting for key products on a timely basis
  • Manages regular webinar program to service existing clients in key strategies
  • Collates and maintains source data material
  • Ensures material is compliance approved for use in all relevant jurisdictions



  • Educated to degree level
  • At least 2 years’ relevant asset management (e.g. within Marketing, Investment Writing, RFP teams)
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and core investment strategies
  • Good understanding of key marketing principles
  • Proven project management skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple moving parts
  • Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • A self-starter who can take initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent command of grammar/spelling. Other languages a bonus
