This is a junior role within the client reporting team.   The successful candidate will:

  • Assist the wider team in the production of system generated and manual client reports.
  • Performing such regular data housekeeping checks and tasks that are necessary to ensure accurate report content.
  • Manage manual commentary tasks.
  • Monitoring workflow and carrying out remedial action where necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports in required format.
  • Attend and contribute to production and review meetings.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for any BAU or project report changes.
 

Qualifications
Required:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
  • The ability to work to deadlines.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Risk awareness.
  • A flexible approach to allocated tasks which will change in a dynamic environment.
   Desirable:
  • A backgrounds in or awareness of the investment management industry.
  • Some exposure to client reporting.
