Operations Analyst - Chelmsford

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

* To conduct allocated tasks in accordance with published procedures, and in adherence with standardised Daily checklists.
* To manage requests, issues & queries raised by other internal teams or external Third-Party Administrators, escalating where necessary, and providing updates in a timely manner.
* To continuously review BAU processes and procedures to ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose.
* To ensure owned data dashboards are kept up to date.
* To accurately estimate future workload and track this.
* To cover for other team members during times of absence.
* To represent the team on projects when applicable.
* To manage on-going training for self and other team members in area of expertise.

What we are looking for:

You will identify and fulfil regulatory requirements applicable to the role. You will have good technical ability and will be capable of maintaining your own professional competence. It is essential for you to have an understanding and adherence to TCF requirements, as well as an understanding and commitment to the principles of TCF in order to deliver the best results to customers. Knowledge and previous experience within a Financial Company will be highly beneficial.

You will have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential for this position, as is the ability to work within a team environment. You will be able to build good relationships both internally and externally. Effective analytical skills are a must, as are effective problem solving skills and good planning / organisational skills. You will also be client and delivery focused.
