Our well known FS provider requires a Procurement Administrator is to provide operational support to the Procurement function. This will involve identifying and creating new suppliers in Dynamics 365, Requisition & Purchase Order processing, dealing with invoices without a Purchase Order, managing returns from different Business Units and undertaking due diligence in suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Procurement Analyst will also provide Management Reporting, analyse 3rd party spend & maintain tools used by the Procurement function such as Procure to Pay & a 3rd party contract database as well as purchase goods and services
  • Review supplier details and perform the required due diligence checks to create and maintain new suppliers in Dynamics 365
  • Assist in the goods receipt process and follow up with business to confirm receipt of goods in Dynamics 365
  • Generate purchase requisitions as required and process requisition requests
  • Process and edit Purchase Orders as required to consolidate for larger suppliers
  • Liaise with Business Units who have submitted invoices without a Purchase Order
  • Assist in supplier information and data request (RFx) processes and projects

Required Skills

  • Experience working in a Procurement capacity and understand basic procurement concepts and processes
  • Understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, Excel and ability to apply pivot tables
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships across multiple client sites and external suppliers
  • Specialised Knowledge - Procurement processes and Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes
  • Previous experience in a similar or related role (e.g. Accounts Payable) would be helpful
  • Experience working in Financial Services sectors is highly desirable
  • Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
