The Associate Product (FinTech, Accounting, Cloud, Product) role:

You will be sitting at the technical and commercial intersection of the business, analysing market trends and refining product strategy, taking on a lead role in the operational management of the product on a day-to-day basis.

The Product Associate will focus primarily on ensuring the smooth delivery of consistent value throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with the dev team and stakeholders to ensure a sufficient set of refined requirements are available for any given sprint.

The ideal candidate for the Product Associate (FinTech, Accounting, Cloud, Product) role will have the following experience:

• Results orientated with a track record of delivering positive outcomes in a complex and rapidly changing environment
• High level of analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience in working across the product lifecycle, with hands on agile/scrum throughout the SDLC
• The ability to use information/ data and metrics to develop informed and factual arguments for action
• Fundamentally communicative and collaborative in your approach
• Proactive and enjoys working effectively with an experienced team of creative individuals
