A global asset manager is looking for an experienced candidate to take responsibility and have oversight over the product marketing responsibilities of the marketing team and also be the point person for digital marketing solutions related to the product range. As part of this role, the candidate will have to collaborate daily with the rest of the marketing team as well as colleagues globally in various teams.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Product Marketing:

  • Be the liaison between the marketing team and the product development team to ensure the whole marketing team implements all product range changes
  • Represent the Marketing team at the International Product Committee and the Product Working Group
  • Project manage the marketing process around fund launches and fund changes, liaising with the product management team and the relevant product marketer
  • Oversee and monitor of the fund collateral production and update cycle: maintaining a grid with all funds and their corresponding literature update status and ensuring everyone on the marketing team contributes to it

Technology/Digital projects

  • Be the liaison between the Marketing team and the Technology team for digital solutions
  • Work with Digital solution vendors to see through the implementation of product marketing content on new platforms
  • Be proactive with the adoption of new technology solutions in all areas impacting marketing and encouraging the team to adopt a more “digital marketing” mindset

MI reporting and governance

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports and presentations related to the marketing team’s activities for different business partners


  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in asset management preferably in marketing, product management or in a project role.
  • Project management skills and strong analytical mind-set
  • Very organised, precise, detailed with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Interested in new technologies relevant to asset management and marketing in particular
