ITG is looking for an intellectual and enthusiastic individual to join as a Quality Assurance and Automation tester within our Algorithmic Trading team. Here at ITG, technology is our middle name. From conceptualizing ideas to bringing them to market, ITG engineers work alongside our business units to build technology for institutional traders that enables them to improve returns for investors.


  • Work as an integral part of the Algorithmic development team
  • Perform manual testing for the Algorithmic trading product
  • Design and implement new automation tests as well as maintain existing ones
  • Write documentation and test plans
  • Work in an agile environment
  • Be open to multiple solutions and have the ability to make decisions
  • Provide second line of support


  • At least 1 year of automation experience, building framework is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of manual testing experience
  • Good knowledge of at least one scripting language/ programing language
  • University degree in Computer Science or other relevant qualification
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
  • Powershell/ Lua experience is advantageous
  • Financial industry experience is advantageous


  • Exposure to different technologies, such as C++, Linux, low latency, kernel bypass, machine learning, cloud and high-performance storage
