RFP Associate - Real Estate Investment Fund

Our client a global real estate investment firm, are hiring an RFP Associate based in London.

The role sits within the senior client team and comes with the potential to develop into a fundraising/sales career path. The successful candidate will be based in London and will work closely with other team members in Europe and globally. 

The primary responsibilities will include production of RFP responses and the development of client-facing marketing materials such as presentations and pitchbooks. The role is ideal for someone with some RFP experience, looking to take the next step up, and eventiually develop into a senior sales/fundraising postion. 

Specific responsibilities:

  • Drafting fund marketing publications
  • Liaising with other departments to create product information and case studies 
  • Maintaining up-to-date marketing information and management of the firm's online RFP library
  • Supervising, training and leading junior professionals in the team
  • Assisting in new product development, tracking and researching competitive products and potential investors
  • Keeping external databases and publication lists up-to-date on a regular basis
  • Partnering with associates and analysts in other offices globally.
  • Supervising and tracking the distribution of minutes for product and new business client team calls

Project manage the responding to RFPs and RFIs on behalf of prospective clients and consultants:

  • Liaise with senior directors in fulfilling requests for information from clients and consultants
  • Project managing RFP responses
  • Coordinating deadlines and scheduling meetings for the production of responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Collecting and presenting track-record data
  • Producing and editing/reviewing responses
  • Ensuring appropriate review/sign-off of documents by internal teams

Creating and updating marketing presentations for new clients, prospects and consultants:

  • Project managing pitchbook preparation
  • Ensuring the timely preparation of final meeting materials
  • Maintaining and updating presentation and PowerPoint slide archives  
  • Organising and coordinating investors due diligence meetings


  • 1 to 5 years’ experience covering RFPs or Product Specialism in investment management, consulting, or banking
  • Previous experience in real estate fund management industry a plus
  • Excellent written english
  • Excellent academics
  • Strong overal communcation skills
  • Any extra languages a plus
