Senior Manager, Digital CRM role in a leading global asset manager.

Our client is a leading global asset manager with an enviable profile and brand. They are seeking to hire a Senior Manager, Digital CRM.

The key purpose of the role is to drive and deliver a globally integrated digital Salesforce CRM strategy across their retail, wholesale and institutional channels to support business growth. Leading a small team and working with developers the key responsibilties include; building relationships with key stakeholders including IT, sales, client services and marketing to help analyse business requirements, successfully define, prioritise and deliver improvements to CRM strategy and digital solutions, improving the user experience for clients and prospects, acting an internal expert on CRM, digital best practice and emerging technologies, ensuring CRM and digital solutions projects are delivered on time and within budget, support the adoption of Salesforce and the 'super user' network, drive the development of the secure portal for institutional clients and other value adding tools that support client engagement, conduct market and competitor intelligence and prioritise budget requirements.

The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills, client centric, they will possess strong strategic and technical knowledge of Salesforce CRM, a good understanding of asset management and industry trends, proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, the ability to juggle competing deadlines in a pressurised environment and a keen interest in digital technology.
