Key responsibilities will include:
Provide origination support by leading the loan execution of syndicated corporate transactions.
Skills and experience required:
Legal qualification, loan execution and strong loan documentation experience required.
The ideal would be both experience at a law firm and a commercial bank but either can be considered.
