Exciting opportunity to join a leading Corporate Bank as their VP / Director Corporate Acquisition Finance UK. Based in London.

The team provides primary debt financing for mid-market corporates (predominantly with EV £100-500m) in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe both sponsor and non-sponsor backed.

Debt finance provision is typically event driven and includes LBO's / MBO's, M&A led finance, recapitalisations, growth and syndicated finance.
