Your Profile
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a hands-on leadership style and strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, who has delivered software projects across web and mobile platforms. You'll bring proven experience leading cross-functional technology teams, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What is required from you
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering software projects, ideally modern web and mobile applications
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technology teams, including managing through direct-report managers
- Hands-on management style with the flexibility to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC and modern development processes, with experience in Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across a variety of stakeholders
- Experience in financial services, broking or asset finance, and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum) highly regarded
