Working across business and technology teams, you will play a key role in analysing complex business challenges, optimising processes and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This position will suit a Business Analyst with strong property claims experience who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, driving process improvement and delivering tangible business outcomes.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across operations, technology and external partners
- Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and end-to-end process documentation
- Own requirements and features from discovery through to delivery readiness
- Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements and system interactions
- Support data analysis activities and provide recommendations based on business insights
- Coordinate and support testing activities, including UAT
- Assist with implementation planning, operational readiness and change activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice delivery approaches
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex delivery environments
- Strong experience within property claims and a sound understanding of the supplier ecosystem, including builders, restorers and loss adjusters
- Experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving capabilities
Highly regarded skills:
- Experience delivering business process re-engineering or transformation initiatives
- Commercial analysis and data analysis experience
- Experience defining and monitoring service levels and operational performance metrics
- Experience with process modelling tools such as Visio or Signavio
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira
