Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Our client is a multinational enterprise with investment holding as its core business, involving FMCG, pharmaceutical and healthcare, color printing packaging and creative media, real estate development, resources and environment, financial services, and other fields.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and refine the company’s financial strategic planning, and oversee financial operations and the governance framework, prioritizing advanced capital structuring, investment, and financing activities to maximize shareholder value;
2. Drive the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies, business unit spin-offs, IPO preparations, and other strategic initiatives to mobilize and maximize the value of corporate assets for peak market performance;
3. Build and develop a professional, efficient finance team aligned with the company’s core values while driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines, with a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification;
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale or conglomerate enterprises, including a minimum of 5 years in management roles. Experience with a Big Four accounting firm and familiarity with Mainland China and Hong Kong accounting standards and listing rules are preferred;
3. Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, a high sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, along with solid team spirit and professional conduct.
