As a key member of the IT Operations team within one of the largest asset management firms, you will be responsible for delivering and managing IT support to all end-users while ensuring seamless infrastructure management. Your role will involve performing daily server operations, system maintenance, and proactive monitoring to uphold system reliability. You will also work with Head of Operation to drive initiatives to optimize networking architectures and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive projects from conception to delivery. In addition, you will have opportunities to leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain robust cybersecurity posture.

​​Principal Duties and Responsibilities​​

1.Network & Cybersecurity

• Oversee daily network monitoring, troubleshooting, and security incident response, ensure network stability and compliance with security requirements.

• Prepare network infrastructure related documents, including but not limited to procedures, diagrams, standard operation process and capacity planning reports.

• Work on end-to-end network infrastructure projects covering design, deployment and ongoing support.

2.Server & Infrastructure Management

• Maintain server room operations, including hardware, storage, and backup systems.

• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and ensure alignment with business goals.

3.End-User & Desktop Support (backup role)

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, meeting facilities and mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and collaborate with vendors for rapid resolution.

4.Budgeting, Procurement & Billing Coordination

• Manage IT asset budgeting lifecycle (procurement, deployment, disposal) and maintain accurate inventory.

• Work with finance to process and reconcile IT related invoices.

5.Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions and best practice documentation.

• Support project initiatives (e.g., Virtual desktop, IDC, disaster recovery planning).

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
2. Proven hands-on 2–3 years in IT operations support roles (preferred in financial services). Fresh graduates are also welcome.
3. Strong service awareness with a proactive mindset to take initiatives beyond assigned job responsibilities.
4. Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Technical Skills​​:

1. Technical: Windows/Linux, Office 365 suites, networking (TCP/IP, VPN), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity tools
2. Good understanding of networking, infrastructure, and telecom concepts.i.e. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, and VPN services
3. Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL Foundation, CISSP (preferred).

Language skills ​​: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (written/spoken - must) , English and Cantonese.
