Cyber Security Officer - Financial Industry.

We are looking for an experienced IT-Security officer having previously worked in the financial industry.
The candidate should have a broad knowledge in all domains of Cyber security.
Certifications like CISM, CISSP are highly appreciated.
Tasks to perform in an independent manner :
•    Ensure security compliance for all assets hosted in our Luxembourg data center with corporate standards, markets best practise and regulatory requirements
•    Oversight of cloud solutions 
•    Oversight of Privileged Access management solution (Cyberark) 
•    Oversight of Security operations outsourced to a third-party (E.G. Vulnerability management, Penetration tests)
•    Oversight of network security incl. approval of Firewall changes
•    Solution/architecture security risk assessments
•    Access provisioning for the applications 
•    Support for audit 
The candidate will work closely with the local IT Security officer, IT Control officer and IT Management

Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English is a pre-requisite.
Knowledge of French and/or German is highly appreciated.
The ideal candidate shall be able to express complex technical context in a structured way to a non-technical audience.

IT Risk and Control Assistant 
Candidate will need to perform independently :
•    Manual Access provisioning for the applications in scope of the team
•    Manual Access reconciliation for applications and systems in scope of team
•    Execute pre-defined recurring controls in the area of Risk and Control and ensuring remediation of gaps detected
•    Maintain and track Recurring Control execution schedule
•    Prepare Powerpoint slides for Monthly Risk & security meeting
•    Prepare Metrics and Statistics in the area of Risk and Control
