Procurement Assistant Manager / Manager (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Deloitte's Finance Team is part of Deloitte OPERATIONS and provides a diverse range of services to support our Employees/Professionals. Part of Finance, our Procurement Team supports Deloitte Department & Professionals with their relationship with external providers, Sourcing and RFP process. Be part of this team and help setting up the purchasing strategy.

Your next challenge

  • Develop and support our procurement strategy
  • Manage Deloitte's Procurement team in handling internal Procurement projects by :
    • Launching RFI/RFP
    • Negotiating commercial conditions with external vendors
    • Negotiating and coordinating contracts until signature
    • Business Partnering & liaising with various internal stakeholders
  • Support the SAP Procure2Pay process
  • Participate to specific Procurement projects, such as Sustainability strategy

Your skills

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position with exposure to various different services and capacity/ability to communicate with high level position
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business - specialization in procurement is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives pro-actively
  • High ability to negotiate
  • Proven organizational skills
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Fluent in English and French
