Our client, a leading healthcare solutions provider with a strong presence across Asia, is looking for an experienced Manager, Agency & Product Search to drive the expansion of its medical device and healthcare product portfolio in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business development, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and product portfolio growth. In this role, you will:
- Identify and secure new agency and distribution partnerships with leading medical device manufacturers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective principals across key healthcare segments.
- Evaluate new product opportunities that strengthen and expand the company's portfolio.
- Lead commercial negotiations and establish long-term strategic supplier relationships.
- Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
- Conduct market assessments and develop business cases to support portfolio expansion and new market opportunities.
- Manage principal relationships and monitor commercial performance to drive sustainable business growth.
- 7-10+ years of experience within the medical device or healthcare products industry.
- Experience in product management, strategic sourcing, business development, vendor management or commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of medical consumables, healthcare products or medical devices.
- Proven success negotiating with manufacturers, suppliers or distribution partners.
- Experience developing new business opportunities and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements within the medical device industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
