Working Patterns and location - Hybrid
Key responsibilities
• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking at project outset.
• Establish effective project processes and systems from the ground up.
• Produce and maintain detailed project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and document project progress, performance indicators and change.
• Prepare written project communications, progress reports and formal documentation.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors and designers as the key project contact.
• Attend project meetings, draft minutes and track actions to resolution.
Skills & experience
• Proven experience delivering real estate or construction projects end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients, contractors, designers and end-users.
• Ability to produce high-quality project plans, reports and communication materials.
• Good knowledge of CDM regulations and site health and safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations.
• Confident problem solver with a strategic mindset and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to travel across London, the Home Counties and South East as required.
The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:
• Degree-level qualification in construction, real estate, planning or engineering.
• Experience working within a management consultancy environment.
• Membership or chartership with RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent professional body.
• Experience managing government or public sector real estate commissions.
