For our securities services activities, we are currently looking to recruit a:
Custody Client Service Management - Senior Administrator / Permanent contract
Role and Responsibilities:
As a member of the Custody Client Service Management Team you will be responsible for managing day to day relationships with our Clients, and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner. You will be required to support specific requirements linked to the daily Custody activity of the Clients across both Traditional and Alternative trading activity, with a focus on having knowledge of Private Asset clients and perform proper oversight of the delegated tasks in relation to the Clients.
As well as supporting our clients with their BAU activity, you would also be responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation of custody requirements of business changes, integration of new business, oversight for migrations, fund launches/reviews, liquidations and exits including account opening and Network related activities.
The Client Service Management Senior Administrator will be required to work closely with the New Business Implementation team, Client Account Management, as well as other internal operational teams and offshore teams to deliver the best support and services to our existing and new Clients.
