Tasks

• Identify internal control gaps and deficiencies as well as improvement opportunities by assisting in the development of recommendations
• Perform gap analysis and identify compliance/regulatory issues compared to laws and regulations
• Collaborate with actuarial, IT, regulatory, risk, and other professionals to understand dependencies and integration points
• Act as a subject matter expert on compliance/regulatory issues
• Create quality deliverables to communicate business and technical solutions to appropriate audiences

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Business, Management, Compliance, Actuarial sciences or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working for a Financial Institution or Consulting Firm
• Previous experience in Asset Management, Asset Servicing and Funds
• Strong knowledge of the Luxembourgish regulatory environment (regulations from the CAA)
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, with excellent communication and organisation skills
• Fluent in both English and French
