What you do

• Support of the team in the area of Software Management in day-to-day operations


• Maintenance of Outlook mailboxes


• Maintenance and management of the Allianz software inventory in Germany


• Advisory support for software managers on compliance with and execution of processes


• Support with process communication on the Allianz intranet


• Collaboration on projects to improve internal processes


• Preparation of documentation and reports to support decision-making

What you bring

• Enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor's/Master's), ideally in a relevant field of study, e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar.


• Analytical skills and a structured way of working with an interest in customer process support and process optimization.


• Ideally, initial knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly M365.


• Initial experience with communication and collaboration tools is an advantage.


• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.


• Teamwork ability, self-initiative, and a proactive way of working.


• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months - part time (16-20 h/week).


• Interest in AI technologies, principles and their practical use is a strong advantage.
