Join a client-facing onboarding team where you will help deliver high-quality cash management implementations for Saudi Arabia-based clients. You will partner closely with colleagues across sales, product, client service, and operations to provide a seamless end-to-end client experience. This is an opportunity to build deep implementation and cash management expertise while helping clients realize value faster through disciplined execution and strong stakeholder management.

As an Implementation Analyst at JPMorganChase within the Treasury Services onboarding team for Global Corporate Banking in Europe, Middle East and Africa, you will lead client onboarding implementations from initial scoping through go-live and transition to client service. You will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring clear plans, timely execution, and proactive risk management. You will contribute to a consistent, high-quality methodology that improves client experience while accelerating time to revenue.

Job responsibilities

• Implement cash management solutions of varying size and complexity for Saudi Arabia-based clients
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, serving as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Partner with sales, product, client service, operations, and other internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain project plans, clarifying roles, tasks, timelines, and dependencies with clients and partners
• Facilitate regular client meetings and status calls to review progress, actions, risks, and next steps
• Coordinate internal and external activities to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes
• Provide accurate status reporting and escalate issues that could impact the client experience or target dates
• Review client requirements, implementation documentation, and data with strong attention to detail
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, contributing to initiatives that strengthen delivery quality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, or project delivery within banking, payments, cash management, or related financial services
• Experience working with corporate and/or financial institution clients in a client-facing capacity
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including issue identification, root-cause investigation, and escalation judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining trackers, validating data, and producing reports; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
• Strong data skills, including comfort working with large datasets and maintaining structured project reporting
• Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively within a team environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with cash management and payments implementation practices and lifecycle governance
• Exposure to Saudi Arabia payments landscape (for example SADAD, SARIE, Payroll/Wage Protection System)
• Knowledge of SWIFT connectivity and ISO 20022 payment standards and formats
• Experience with securities services products in addition to Treasury Services solutions
